With a 4-hour paddle board rental, you’ve got plenty of time to make the most of your adventure! You can pick up your board from our Chilliwack location (45497 Campus Dr), drive to beautiful Cultus Lake, paddle along its calm shoreline at your own pace , take a break, and return relaxed and refreshed. Want more nature? Head up to Lindeman Lake for a quick hike and peaceful paddle, or spend the morning soaking in the serenity of Chilliwack Lake before heading back to town for lunch. Inflatable boards take less than 10 minutes to set up(Manual Pump), and everything fits right in your car — adventure made easy! We deliver your premium inflatable SUP directly to your preferred launch spot within 10 km our service areas, you are free to take the SUP to any lake around Chilliwack, Cultus Lake, Harrison, Hope, Agassiz, ensuring a seamless start to your early morning adventure. Your rental includes: Inflatable Paddle Board, paddle, PFD (Life jacket), leash, manual pump, Bag Pack – everything you need to paddle out and greet the day! Online Booking Required: All rentals must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform. if you have issue please contact us by texting or calling 604 499 5303 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your gear. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early for safety instructions and gear fitting. Waiver Required: All participants must complete a digital waiver before the rental. No waiver = no paddle. We'll send it to your email after booking — quick and easy! Age & Safety: Participants must be 18+, or accompanied by a legal guardian. PFDs (life jackets) are provided and must be worn at all times on the water. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We get it — life (and weather) happens. Here’s how we handle it: Cancel 48+ hours before your booking: Full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future booking. Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund. Weather Cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe weather (e.g., strong winds, lightning), you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule credit, your choice. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date or time is fully booked, you can join the waitlist directly through our site. We’ll contact you via email or text if a spot opens.
