Policy

1. Booking Requirements

  • All rentals must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Renters must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • A valid government-issued ID and signed waiver are required before rental.

  • A credit card hold or damage deposit may be required upon pickup.

2. Payment & Cancellation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows.

  • In case of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., high winds, storms), we reserve the right to reschedule or issue a full refund.

3. Rental Periods

  • Rentals are available by the hour, half-day, full day, or weekend.

  • Late returns will incur a late fee of $20 per 15 minutes.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.

4. Safety & Use

  • All renters must wear a life jacket (PFD) at all times on the water.

  • Paddlers can take equipment to other location however they must notify us.

  • Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited during rental use.

  • Renters are responsible for the equipment’s care and safe return. Damaged or lost items may result in repair/replacement charges.

5. Weather & Water Conditions

  • Our staff monitors weather and water conditions daily.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings if conditions are deemed unsafe.

  • Your safety is our priority!

6. Liability & Insurance

  • A liability waiver must be signed before renting.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage during use.
