Do you have a physical location?We do not have a physical storefront at this time, but we’re fully operational and ready to support your adventure needs. We encourage you to call, text, or contact us through our website or social media. We’re happy to answer questions, offer gear advice, or help with bookings. We’re here to make your next adventure as smooth and stress-free as possible!

Do you deliver and pick up the gear?We deliver and pick up at: Garrison Campus, or One of our partner businesses, such as select hotels or local Airbnb stays. Staying at an Airbnb or hotel? Please check with your host to confirm if delivery is allowed, and let us know the details when booking. We’ll do our best to coordinate a smooth handoff. Our focus is on making adventure easy for locals and visitors in Chilliwack, and we’re proud to partner with trusted locations for safe, convenient rentals.

Is the gear clean and safe to use?Absolutely. Each item is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested between rentals. Your safety is our top priority—so we maintain all gear to the highest standards and offer usage tips or expert advice if needed. We want you to feel confident and comfortable out there.

What if I’ve never used this kind of gear before?No worries at all! We're here to help you feel ready and excited. We provide simple, step-by-step instructions with each rental, and our team is happy to answer questions before or during your adventure. You don’t need to be an expert—just bring your curiosity.

What happens if something gets damaged or lost?We understand that adventures come with a bit of unpredictability. Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. For major damage or lost items, we have a fair-use policy with reasonable repair/replacement fees. We’ll always communicate clearly and work with you to find the best solution

Do I have to wear a life jacket?It is required by law that you always have a life jacket with you. When you set out onto the water, you’ll be wearing your PFD (personal flotation device) and we recommend you wear it the entire time that you are out. Children under 12 are required by law to always wear their life jackets while on the water. Furthermore, it is strongly recommended to always wear your leash while on the water.

Can I bring my dog?We have two boards dog Friendly, make sure to let us know in advance you are planning to bring your fur friend with you. We highly recommend a life jacket for your pet, we do not provide it. Make sure to understand the risk involved before bringing your pet into the water.
